Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Unfortunately not all custom made orders/Special orders  (EI: non-stocked items, special order items) are not able to be returned, exchanged or refunded, unless there is a fault with the product. The items that are able to be returned due to change of mind, cancellation prior to arrival or incorrectly ordered will incur up to a 20% restocking fee.

For warranty claims, refunds or exchanges on a mechanical products (IE fuel pumps, ECU's) the item will need to be sent away for testing before any refund or replacement will be issued.

For any returns or exchanges, please email shop@brisbanefuelinjection.com.au and include your order details, along with the item you are returning and if applicable the item you would like to exchange it for.

To return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or are an incorrect size (Please note for incorrect size, item needs to be in new condition with no damage or markings).  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@brisbanefuelinjection.com.au.

Shipping for Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to 3/7 Granite, Geebung, QLD 4034.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Returns and exchanges can be returned to the shop (at a time organised prior, as our shop is currently only open by appointment) or post. If posting return or exchange back, please include your copy of your invoice/proof of purchase.

If you are shipping an item back, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Brisbane Fuel Injection Services will not be held liable for returns lost in transit or not received.
