FG/FGX PSR3584 Gen3 Dual Ball Bearing Turbo External Wastegate

This turbocharger features several high-performance upgrades for enhanced efficiency and durability:

• Compressor Wheel: The new 10-blade billet compressor wheel is designed to flow more air compared to the stock cast wheel or the Gen1 11-blade billet wheel.

• Turbine Wheel: A new 9-blade aerodynamic turbine wheel that’s lighter, has lower inertia, and offers better flow characteristics.

• Ball Bearing System: Incorporates a genuine dual ceramic ball bearing system that is rebuildable, ensuring durability and reduced turbo lag.

• Compressor Cover: Features a larger 0.72 A/R compressor cover with a 4-inch anti-surge inlet to prevent surge and improve airflow stability.

• Gasket and Connections: Comes with a 3-layer stainless steel 5-bolt gasket for secure sealing and includes fittings such as -6AN water ports, -4AN oil feed to the restrictor, and a standard T3 oil drain flange for easy installation.

• Compressor and Turbine Dimensions:

  • Compressor Wheel: 67.3mm (inducer) x 84.4mm (exducer), with an extended tip diameter of 87.3mm.
  • Turbine Wheel: 68mm (inducer) x 62.3mm (exducer).

• Inlet and Outlet:

  • Compressor Inlet: 4-inch hose.
  • Compressor Outlet: 2.5-inch hose.
  • Turbine Inlet: T3 Open.
  • Turbine Outlet: 5-bolt pattern.

• Turbine Housing: The turbine housing has a 1.06 A/R for better flow and performance.

• Compatibility: The turbo is equipped with water ports (-6AN) and oil feed (-4AN) to the oil restrictor, making it suitable for all FG and FGX Falcons. It also has an XR6 rear wheel and comes as a complete turbocharger unit.

• Wastegate Compatibility: It is designed to work with the PSR New Generation 45mm Wastegate or Turbosmart Gen V Wastegate.
